πŸ“„ RENTAL POLICY

Thank you for choosing Gibson Event Rentals! Please review our rental policies before booking. By placing a reservation, you agree to the terms below.

πŸ’³ RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS

β€’ A 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve your event date and rental items. This deposit confirms your booking and is applied toward your total rental balance.

β€’ Remaining balances must be paid prior to delivery or setup unless otherwise agreed in writing.

β€’ Reservations are not confirmed until the required deposits has been received.

πŸ’΅ SECURITY DEPOSIT

β€’This deposit is used to cover any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning.

β€’ Typical security deposits range from $50 to $150+ depending on the total order value and or size and setup requirements. The exact deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.

β€’ Security deposits are fully refundable after inspection of all rental items. Refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days after pickup or return.

β€’ Items must be returned in clean and acceptable condition for full refund eligibility.

πŸ“… RENTAL PERIOD

β€’ Rental pricing includes use of items for the scheduled event date only. Delivery, setup, and pickup times will be scheduled prior to the event. Extended rental periods may be available for an additional fee.

🚚 DELIVERY & SETUP

β€’ Delivery and pickup are available for all rentals. Setup is included ONLY for flower walls, attached neon signs and arches. All other items are delivery/drop-off or customer pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery fees may vary based on location and distance.

🌦️ OUTDOOR EVENTS & WEATHER

β€’ Outdoor setups require a safe, level, and accessible setup area.

Items such as flower walls, arches, neon signs, and dΓ©cor must be protected from rain, wind, and severe weather conditions.

β€’ Gibson Event Rentals reserves the right to refuse or discontinue setup if weather conditions pose a risk to safety or equipment damage. Weather-related cancellations or changes are non-refundable.

🧾 CARE OF RENTAL ITEMS

β€’ Clients are responsible for all rental items from the time of delivery until pickup. Rental items must not be moved, altered, disassembled, or misused.

β€’ Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or excessive cleaning required due to misuse or negligence.

πŸ“Έ PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING

β€’ By booking with Gibson Event Rentals, clients grant permission for photos of rental setups to be used for marketing, advertising, social media, and portfolio purposes.

β€’ No personal client information will be shared without consent.
