BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve rentals for your event date

• Remaining balance is due before delivery or pickup

• Delivery fees may apply depending on location

• Setup is included ONLY for flower walls and attached neon signs

• All other rentals are delivery and pickup only

• Customers are responsible for damaged, missing, or excessively dirty rental items

• Security deposits may be required for larger orders or specialty rentals
